Beautiful arrangement and customer service. When some of the flowers illustrated proved to be unavailable, I was asked about preferences for substitutions. The arrangement that arrived was even more gorgeous than expected, reflected my wishes, and cheered up my friend who received it as a "get well" wish. Thanks!
